Outer loop: programme and career

The infrastructure exists, but you currently have to build it. Durable state and fleet management support programmes without proving an end-to-end career system.

Working notes

  • Persistent briefs and handoffs survive session loss.
  • Fan-out inventories work when responsibilities and merge steps are clear.
  • Approval gates keep costly or irreversible choices with the responsible human.
  • Session dispatch and self-healing bridges have production evidence.
  • The corpus has little evidence for multi-person physics-programme governance or career decisions.

Maturity, in Oct 2026

Generic infrastructure is comparatively mature and already operational. Physics-programme-specific practice is the larger evidence gap; a working fleet is not a complete programme.
